I'm going to choose my wedding dress and the shoes I wore on the day. The dress was from Vivienne of Holloway, I was smaller then so sadly the dress doesn't fit now but the shoes still do ! ( that's why I love shoes). The shoes I wore were irregular choice and the first pair of shoes my hubby ever bought me, I knew he was a keeper right then.
We had planned on getting married in Florida but due to him becoming seriously ill, he is better now thankfully, we had to postpone for two years and finally couldn't wait any longer so went down to the registry office December 2010 and got married two weeks later.
I had the best day and for me it's not about what I wore or where I got married just that we did. Here's a few pictures from the day.
What outfit have you had the best times in?
Hope you all have a fab weekend
XOXO
Love you xxx

Deleteyou both look fab! i lusted after those shoes for a long time! also the icecream sundae ones! wish i had got them when they were available! your dress is gorgeous! you are a beautiful bride and i still think converse are a good wedding shoe option! :) x
ReplyDeleteaww thanks, i loved the ice cream sundae ones but i couldn't get the right fit with them. they have brought out these several times since the first versions so maybe in the future you could get some or on ebay (I'm a shoe shopping facilitator lol) I'm still not a believer in the trainer suit thing but he did look good in them xx
DeleteI think weddings should be personal to a couple like yours, and not necessarily a big attention-seeking event (unless that's really what a couple wants). Your pictures are so cute and I bet they mean the world to you. I love the dress you wore- so pretty! And the shoes are fantastic, too :)
ReplyDeletei agree completely. thank you, they are are, my favourite is the silly one around the tree we couldn't see each other but both pulled silly faces ! xx
