Are plant pots pretty?

Well i think they are, especially when they are the print on super cute dresses! I have had this dress from about 6 months and as you should know by now I'm the queen of buying and never wearing. So you've guessed it this had the tags on when i took it out of the wardrobe.

I remember wanting this dress but the original price tag on the Dorothy Perkins website was £40 and i didn't think i could justify it but after several weeks or stalking it went down to £18 and i snapped it up. The dress is a 22 but as you can see the button down front means it doesn't quite fit so i had to sort that by wearing a cami underneath.

The pumps and cami are from Primark, i added the over sized polkadot bow headband for an extra cute touch. I wore this with an old cardigan from Tesco, I've had the cardigan for a while but i don't wear it that often partly because i find the colour hard to match. The cardigan is a size 20 and was £7in the sale some time ago.

The dress has a built in under skirt which gives the dress a great shape. I'm glad i didn't pay full price for the dress but for £18 its great and now the tags are finally off i plan to wear it much more often. The print is really fun and with the extra layer of the underskirt i think its great for the autumn months.
I'm enjoying a few days off from work, i don't have anything special planned but i am enjoying the rest.
Have you recently discovered any great finds from the depths of your wardrobe?
XOXO

  2. What a cute print! Must have missed this one online. Their fitted waisted dresses come up so small, which is annoying but it looks lovely on you with the cami underneath. Love the cardi too xx

  3. I LOVE this dress, I have it and have worn it tonnes, it's super versatile, considering I wouldn't usually wear something yellow.
