Well i survived and i had the most amazing time, there was lots of dancing and laughter and catching up with old friends, oh a little drinking too ;)
So i thought I'd show you what i wore, i couldn't show you my wellies though as i left those muddy little things there!
The shorts were in the sale at New Look for £9 and the t-shirt is from Betty Bee Vintage.
I got this sweat top just before i went from Asda for £12 i really loved the print it reminds me of an old sofa!
This t-shirt was from Primark and it was nay a few pounds but i love it its so soft and comfy and as you can see the 20 had plenty of room.
If you didn't see my tweets from the festival you might not know that my tent flooded after the first day and never dried out as it rained for pretty much the whole festival! My lovely friend Megan was kind enough to let me sleep in her tent though so big thanks to her :)
Here are a few snaps from the festival
One of my oldest friends Lisa |
Muddy wellies and sexy plastic bags to keep my feet dry, the height of fashion i know! |
Last night there and a bit of a kitty face |
Lauren and me |
Did any of you go to Leeds Festival ?
XOXO
I'm quite a fan of camping, I like to take the guides at least once per year and have no issue with staying in a tent for a weekend away, but I went to Bestival last year - my first festival - and I don't think the festival thing is for me. I'd rather stick to gigs.
ReplyDeleteI really loved it I even have a better tent now it was so much fun xx
DeleteIm so jealous !
ReplyDeleteI really wanted to do leeds this year but couldn't gather funds in time :(
I love your outfits :)
Can i also ask, I'm planning on getting both of my thighs tattooed too. And was wondering what did you wear when you got them done ?
Launa xx
Aww there's always next year :) thank you ! I wore loose coulette type shorts which I tucked into my knicker line so I wasn't flashing, if you don't have any then pj type shorts should be good xx
DeleteI have never been to a festival but am going to my first in October. Mud isn't such an issue at aussie festivals but heat exhaustion is! I too think my go-to will be denim shorts and take it from there. Btw I love that floral print jumper!

you will have a great time! shorts are a fab idea :) thank you xx
DeleteI braved camping at T in the Park this year and was delighted that it stayed nice and dry over the full weekend :)
ReplyDeleteWell done for surviving the rain :)
i bet that was fab! I'm quite proud of myself lol xx
DeleteAhhh Leeds Festival my old friend. I've been to 11 consecutive years of it, unfortunately I began to feel like I'd grown up too much to appreciate the debauched behaviour a lot of people get up to there and I didn't like the way it was going in regards to crime and rioting. It'll always hold a special place in my heart though. I love festivals, I miss them.
ReplyDelete11 years thats dedication! it was fun in the workers bit and no crime there ppl left there phones about without any worries. i had a great time it was nice to let my hair down for the week xx
DeleteI'm so jealous you went to Leeds! I've never been to a festival, but have always wanted to go to Reading or Leeds as they seem to have the best line-ups. Jealous of all the people who got to see Fall Out Boy. Love your first outfit with the cute tee! You look awesome xx
ReplyDeleteaww thanks hun i hope that your back gets better so you can go and experience it xx
DeleteI seriously look forward to your outfits! :)
