Wants and Needs

Just a quick post today to show you a few things that i have my eye on at the minute. I am trying to sort out my wardrobes and the ever growing floordrobe so i really shouldn't be adding to it but these are all calling my name and I'm not sure i can resist for much longer.

This waffle top will be so cute with shorts this summer.
This skirt is super cute and i love the wrap over detail too. At only £14 its a great price for something you could wear with so much already in your wardrobe.

How beautiful is this skirt?!

And i now have a new found love for the duster jacket and this is hitting all the right spots for me!

Now i am not the biggest trainer fan ever but these i can definitely see me wearing!

Whats on your wish list right now?

These Simply Be shorts are really cute i love the scalloped edge £30.

I'm loving shots with cute prints too these have a paisley print on them only £20 here.

So im in the middle of a shorts obsession how about you ?

A Casual Bargain

I was  browsing the Very website one morning when i spotted a lovely summery jumpsuit for the bargain price of £5.32 ! I quickly added it to my basket and it was delivered a few days later.
Its just as summery and cute in real life i love it.

When i ordered it i thought it looked like a polkadot print but i was pleasantly surprised when i opened the package and it was actually these tiny flowers.
I decided to show you the jumpsuit as i would wear it in the summer with my hair up and my face make-up free.
It seems all the cool kids have a top knot in these days so i wore one especially for you ;)

P1013649

I ordered this jumpsuit in a 24 as its cotton and i knew it wouldn't have any stretch. I'm really happy with the fit of the top of the jumpsuit but the bottom half is a little on the small side. As I'm sure I've mentioned before i have really large calves so straight leg trousers can be a pain, these are quite tight on my calves but still fit and with it being cotton its very soft so not unbearable.

P1013651

I love jumpsuits and playsuits as you know and this is a great addition to my collection, i can live with the tighter legs because for £5.32 i got an amazing cute jumpsuit perfect for the warmer weather. Unfortunately the jumpsuit had sold out now on very but there are still plenty of others on there if you want to get your summer wardrobe ready.

P1013656

Are you a jumpsuit fan or does it feel too much like going out in your pj's?

I love a playsuit

As many of you know as well as dresses i do have a soft spot for playsuits and i do own quite a few, if i see one at a bargain price i have to have it !
I got this from Very along with my floral leggings and pretty dress during their sale. I got it for a bargain price of £11.50 which is a great and it came with a belt too.
I wore this to go to do the food shop and have dinner with my hubby and i must say its really comfortable.
Not sure why but i look super miserable in these pictures!

P1013436

I ordered the playsuit in a 24 and I'm so glad i did as it just fastens over the boobs. I wore it with the top 2 buttons undone and a cami underneath just in case as i didn't want to be flashing over dinner.
This playsuit unbuttons but only to above the waist and it doesn't have any zips so its really quite difficult to get in and out of, but once its on its really comfy. The playsuit is no longer available on the website, but if it does come back into stock id definitely recommend sizing up if you can.

P1013440

The print is really pretty, the material is really lightweight and soft so good for the summer too and it also has pockets which is always a bonus.
Are you loving playsuits too?

Twice as nice but thirds a charm!

If you saw my sales post last week then you have already had a sneak peak of this dress. It was from Very in the sale for £10.50 which was a bargain! I had tweeted about it and Lisa said she was going to order it too but by the time she tried it had gone out of stock. I was having a browse on the Very site and saw it was back in stock so tweeted her to let her know being the shopping enabler that i am. Not only did Lisa order it but so did Lollylikes so today you don't just get to see it on 2 lovely ladies but 3!
So here is me in the dress

P1013419

I wore this to go out shopping with my hubby and i can honestly say it's a really comfy dress. I wore it with my furry New Look cardigan size 22, purple tights and a primark headscarf. When i bought the dress i wasn't sure on how much stretch it would have so i went for a 24 as in the past I've found i needed to size up at Very but i really didn't need to.

P1013426

This dress is true to size so just buy your usual size if your going to buy it. The sleeves have plenty of room for me and there is plenty of boob room due to me sizing up. The main reason i added this to my basket on Very was the cute print which i really love and i think it looks great with the purple tights.

I'd recommend this dress, not only is its bargain price but it will see you through to summer and will be perfect for lazy summer weekends.
That how i wore mine now pop over to see how the lovely ladies Lollylikes and Lisa styled their dress.
I'm off to the fat swap tomorrow will i see any of you there?

Floral leggings

As you might have seen in my recent post about my sales bargains, i have branched out into printed leggings. Before this my legging choice had been exclusively black! But while i was on Very looking at the sale i spotted these gorgeous floral leggings.

P1013401

They were in the sale for £6 but are no longer available, they were from the So fabulous range. I ordered them in a size 24 and I'm glad i sized up i found them to be quite small fitting. They fit well over my stomach, bum and thighs but as I've got giant calves they are quite tight around here.

P1013398

close up of leggings print

They are really well made and the material is lovely and thick so they aren't see through like some leggings can be. Well worth the sale price of £6. I wore them with the sheer shirt i got from the fat swap last year, the new look cardigan you have seen a few times now and a primark cami under the shirt.

P1013396

I really love these and plan to get a lot more wear out of them, they are really vibrant and they brighten up what other wise might be a bit of a boring outfit.
How do you feel about print leggings?

Well apart from a lottery win right?!
You may have already seen this post as i have already published it but blogger being the amazing thing it is has re published the post with no text so i have to write it all again!

Here are a few things i want first up Simply Be
I love the shoe print dress and the bird print playsuit which is reduced from it's original price which is always a good thing.
£45

£35

Since i saw this dress from Very on Naomi's blog i have been lusting after it. She looked amazing in it.

£32

From Curvissa i love this 50's inspired dress

£49
And lastly this dress from New Look

A little bargain

I was having a nose at eBay a week or so ago and spotted and amazing dress. It seemed to good to be true it had a day or so left but no one had bid and the starting bid was only £7.99! The dress was from the Littlewoods clearance site on eBay and is even more beautiful in real life.
I won the dress for £7.99 plus p&p, its brand new with tags too so i think its a great bargain. Here it is

P1013275

I got this dress in a 24 as i sometimes find that littlewoods sizing can be on the small size and i can say if it wasn't for my boobs i could have gone for my usual size. The fit on this dress is fabulous it has a cross over front with a nipped in waist then a slight tulip shape to the bottom half of the dress.

P1013280

The print on this dress is gorgeous as are the cap sleeves. I love how they are over exaggerated, the dress comes to above my knee and it has pockets too. I wore this with my thick tights,a giant hair bow and my Irregular choice heels.

P1013282

I really love this dress and I'm so glad i came across it during a random browse, i will definitely be looking on the litttlewoods clearance site next time. The only thing this dress needs is a stitch on the top as it can open quite wide leaving me flashing unsuspecting members of the public!
Have you got yourselves any eBay bargains recently?

Worth the wait

I first spotted this dress a month or so ago on very and decided i needed to have it but i was going through my shopping ban at the time so i couldn't buy it. This didn't stop me stalking it on the website then last week i saw it was reduced from £25 to £12.50 and i knew it was now or never so i quickly added it to my cart and took up residence by the letter box waiting for it!
I love he diner print it has a very 50's america feel to it
I didn't have to wait long i ordered it Friday afternoon and by lunch time Saturday it was here, which was super quick delivery. I got the dress in a size 22 as the 24 was sold out, i was a bit unsure about the fit and thought it might be a bit tight but the dress has an elasticised back panel so i didn't need to worry. The straps are adjustable which is good but they are really thin and as i don't own a strapless bra i had to wear a cardigan. The dress is also lined and has pockets!! Although i never use pockets i like to have them.
I wore this dress to the cinema to see TED and then to visit my nan and mum later in the day. It was very comfortable and easy to wear and the print is just gorgeous isn't it?!

Something was reflecting on my lense
i dont have a misty eye

I really like the neckline on the dress so i thought i'd show
you a close up
I wore this dress with primark flats and headscarf and the cardigan is new look inspire years ago. The bag is irregular choice I've had it a while it was last seen in this post. I'd recommend this dress to anyone its really lovely, i've had a look on the website but they only have size 8 and 10 left at £15 (if you are then i'd snap it up it won't be there for long)
I know a few bloggers have got this dress and the lovely Elena from frivolous mrs d has blogged about it too so go and see how she styled it.
I hope you've all had a lovely weekend have you been up to much?
XOXO
