FTF

A months gone by so it's time for another flash the flesh post. I'm not going to lie this was done very last minute. I've been really excited about getting my new tattoo which was done yesterday and the post slipped my mind!

I decided this time to flash some belly and a completely make up free face, so there is fat belly and stretchies below.

P1014349
This is actually the outfit I got tattooed in, the shorts I've worn several times and are from h&m + quite a while ago.
The top is from asda and I got it last week and I'm wearing the top backwards so I could make a faux crop top. I went for a 24 and the fit is good for me, it was £8 which was a good price but I want to say I was really disappointed with asda there was only a handful in items over a size 20.

P1014346

I don't think I've ever shown my stomach so it's about time I did with this post! Yes i have stretch marks but they don't bother me, i love my body and they are part of it and contrary to what adverts may tell you i don't spend all my time slapping on moisturiser to try to get rid of them.

P1014351

Love me love my stretchies :)

Check out everyone else below there is quite a lot of us now!

Double Denim Delight

Last Saturday i met up with the lovely ladies Lisa and Lolly for a spot of shopping it was a great day as always and i did pick up some great bits from New Look including a great sleeveless denim shirt.
Lisa also bought the shirt too so we decided to do a joint post for you.

P1014210

I got the shirt in a size 24 and the fit is perfect with a bit of room i love it so much! Its still available online  here and it was only £16.99 which i think is a great price.
I wore this on Sunday as i really wanted to wear is straight away, i kept my face simple no make up except a pale lippy and i just quickly tied my hair up. It was perfect for a quick Sunday lunch out.

P1014207

I wore the shirt tucked into my H&M+ shorts which I've had since last summer and my Primark pumps.
It was a really comfy outfit and i loved how it looked in fact i think I'll just wear it every day if that's ok with you all :)

P1014206

I wanted a denim shirt for ages so thank to Lisa for picking it up and drawing my attention to it.
Now head over and see how the lovely Lisa styled her shirt.

Spotty skunk love

I wore this to work last week it's a lot nicer than the dresses i usually wear but i'd not worn it yet and i was eager to show off my new AMAZING kissing skunk brooch which goes perfectly with the dress. I bought this dress on one of my many recent shopping trips. It was in the sale at H&M for a purse friendly £10, it's original price was £29.99 and for such a great dress i would have paid the full price. I got the in a 2xl I'm afraid i have no idea how this translates into numbered sizing but I'm a 22 and i love the fit on me. The dress is made from a jersey material so does have a fair bit of stretch and has 2 layers to it so it'll be perfect for winter too.

The dress has a really nice detail on the side where the material is bunched up, unfortunately i couldn't get this to show up in pictures. The dress was so comfy and it's a great length on me meaning i don't have to wear tights. The cross front covers well but can easily be placed to show off more flesh if required.

P1012648

I wore the dress with black pumps from primark £5 and my new brooch. Words cannot describe how much i love this brooch, i really love skunks and loved reading and watching Bambi as a child (many a tear has been shed! ) So when i saw Rowan from Kitchen sink tweet that her one of a kind Bambi jewellery was up for sale i headed straight to the site to have a look. As soon as i saw this brooch i added it to my basket and went in search of my bank card. The brooch is made using pictures from an old Bambi story book and there all one of a kind so no one else will have the same piece as you. The brooch was £19 which is the most I've ever paid for jewellery for myself but how could i say no?!

Have you grabbed any bargains or one offs recently?

Hitting the shops

Last weekend i met up with the lovely ladies from  Lolly likes and my big fat blog and did a bit of shopping. I really hadn't intended to buy much but i'll admit a few things caught my eye!
Heres what i wore to go shopping you have seen the dress before here it was from tesco a few months ago. It was a really nice day so i went bare legged and armed and i was still warm.

This is what the mr would call my angry face
i wasn't angry honest :)
I wore this with a headscarf and shoes from primark, my hello kitty ring from claires and a swallow brooch that i have two of which i think is also primark.

IMG_3305

So as I'm sure you know i can't go shopping and not buy anything so what did i get..

P1012596

The faux fur coat was a complete bargain from evans, i know we are still having summer but i can't resist a good faux fur no matter what the weather is like. Both pairs of shoes were from primark.

P1012597

The polkadot dress was in the sale at h&m we went in to have a look at the + collection which i must say is much better than it's been in the past, lots of colours and choice not just plain t shirts and naff blouses like before. The stripy dress i didn't actually buy it was a gift from lolly likes so big thanks to her.

P1012598

These are all from new look inspire i got a deep red skater dress with belt, bird print dress, leopard belt and that great cardigan which i think is fabulous, the mr hates it but I'm in love ! i think it might me a marmite cardigan you'll either love it or hate it.

I had a really great time shopping and as you can see i've got quite a lot to show you in future outfit posts.
Its nearly the weekend now thankfully do you have any plans?

Spotty seperates

Just a quick outfit post today, i wore this out a few weeks ago but I've only just  got around to loading the pictures.
I don't usually wear separates as you know, but when i spotted these in H&M i thought i'd break out of my comfort zone, they were polkadot after all. I got them at the beginning of the summer so they are no longer in stock, they were from the + range in a size 22.

IMG_2915
They have pockets!
IMG_2913

I'm wearing it with my asos curve cami in a 22 which you can still buy here. The cami is very comfy and soft but its super long it comes to below my bum which i don't mind as i always wear in under something or tucked in, it would be great if you are tall or like your cami's to give more coverage. I'm also wearing my tesco cardigan which I'm sure you all recognise from at least half my posts! The tights and shoes are both primark.
I'm wearing my new glasses chain from lifes big canvas which I'm completely in love with.

IMG_2925

I also want to say a big thank you again to Becky from the ramblings of mrs bebe and Char from dino princess char for helping me with my blogger issues the other day.
I hope you all have a fab weekend :)

Flamingos and kitty ears

Here's my outfit from Sunday me and the hubby went for some breakfast then into town before going to see my family. I decided to wear this dress i got from dorothy perkins a month or so ago. I was priced at £42 but i had a few discount codes so got it for £29 including p&p the dress is now in the sale for £25 but they only have the navy one its here if anyone is wanting to buy it. Now as I'm sure I've said before i do have a habit of buying something, trying it on for a milli second then hanging it up in the wardrobe and thats what i did with this dress. I got it in a size 22 but it is too small for me around the bust, its ok when i have a cardigan on but without one you can see the side of my bra, as i'd only tried it on for such a short time i'd not noticed. Although yes it it too small i still like how it looks and the print is so cute so i will keep it and continue to wear it.
This was the only picture i got without my
cardigan on

I wore my h&m cardigan that i got for £3 in the sale it was the first time id worn it and it was super comfy. I got it in an xl i wasn't sure it was going to fit but for £3 if was worth the risk.
Not sure why i look so scowly here i do try
to smile honestly!

Here is a close up of the material
I also wore my cats ears headband for the first time it was from asos i love the pearls on the ears. A few people did a double take i guess you don't see many people with cat ears sprouting from their head!

A completely silly picture just to make you smile
Do you keep certain outfits even though they are a little small if your in love with the print?
XOXO
