I Heart...

Don't worry this isn't another valentines days post just an ootd to show you what i wore today and it features my favourite tshirt ever! I personally don't celebrate valentines day but if you do i hope you have a great day whatever you do.
Here is my outfit from today which has been very wet and windy. Sorry i look a little windswept the Mr took these pics just after I'd finished work.

Because of the rain and wind i decided to wear my Simply Be Parka which i seriously love! This is a size 22 and a great for me. It keeps me dry and snugly warm but isn't really thick so you don't feel like your wearing a duvet cover.

I really like how the parka has a fur lined hood and trim just inside the coat for a bit of added warmth. I wore my Dpcted Apparel tshirt with the "i heart chubby bearded guys" slogan on and my Claire Richards Fashion World jeans which i am in love with! I cannot believe after not wearing jeans for over 5 years i have found the perfect pair. These are a 22 which fit like a glove they are snug but so so comfortable.

I wore flat pumps too which probably wasn't the most sensible idea as my feet got wet through but they looked cute and I'm a sucker for looking cute. I turned the bottoms up a little on the jeans as they are a little long if I'm in flats but i like that i could take the turn up down and wear them with heels.

This tshirt is one of my favourite items in my wardrobe and after i waited so long before ordering it ( i was worried about customs charges) i like to wear it ever chance i get. I really love this whole outfit, i felt really comfortable all day and it kept me warm and dry too so with the weather we are having at the minute it was perfect.

I of course can't finish a post about how much i love chubby bearded guys without mentioning the Mr, who is the best hubby (and blog photographer) ever.

Old Friends

This is an outfit i wore to go and see one of oldest friends Lauren, we have been friends for so long and even if we go a while without speaking when we get together its like we only saw each other yesterday.
We are really different in our fashion choices and i love to see her raised eyebrows when i wear something a little out of the ordinary so i decided for this visit to wear my new or should i say old shorts.

I got these shorts from ebay they were customised from a old pair of mens levis, as soon as i saw the rips and colour i knew i had to have them.

I had them in my watch list for ages before i decided i couldn't wait any longer and bought them and I'm so glad i did i love them!

I wore them with my New Look cardigan and my chubby guys T-shirt, the shorts were really comfy and it was a perfect outfit to wear to spend the day chatting with an old friend and eating pizza :)

I seem to have a bit of thing going on for shorts and i can't see that going away anytime soon so expect to see much more of my legs over the next few months especially when i have my thigh tattoo in a few weeks! Once I've had it done I'll post it for you all to see.

I Heart

If any of you follow me on twitter you will know that i wanted this t-shirt forever. I finally go my mits on it last month when my hubby bought it for me along with one for himself.

I wore this out shopping with my hubby last weekend, who just so happens to be chubby and bearded :) I wore the t-shirt with my short shorts and some leopard print tights, this outfit was definitely and attention grabber and i got a few strange looks but i felt fab so that doesn't bother me.

The tshirt is from Dpcted Apparel which is a US store so you do have to pay a little bit more for delivery if you order. I got this tshirt in a 2xl and the fit it great. The tshirt is lovely and soft too.

The short you have seen a few times now from New Look inspire and are a size 22. I honestly love these shorts so much they are so comfy and super cute! 

Since buying these shorts i find myself looking at tshirts and shirts that i can wear with them. I had wanted this tshirt for a long time but before getting these shorts i didn't really have anything to wear it with.

The only downside for me of this tshirt is the length because i want to wear it tucked in its a little too long and rolls up. But i have untucked it slightly so that it doesn't roll up, if you are wearing it untucked i don't think the length would be any problem.
